Vice President of Lending

Pacific Crest Federal Credit Union, Headquartered in in Klamath Falls Oregon, is seeking a VP of Lending.

Under the next VP of Lending, Pacific Crest's lending team will include consumer, real estate, and business and agriculture lending along with collections. The balanced loan portfolio has experienced 18% growth in 2016, is experiencing below average delinquency and still has a great deal of growth potential. Pacific Crest has strong growth goals with execution expected from every level.

As a member of the leadership team reporting directly to the CEO, the VP of Lending will provide organizational and departmental leadership that advances the mission, vision, and values of the organization. Primary responsibilities will include investing heavily in the development of Lending’s greatest asset, its staff, along with implementation and ongoing oversight of lending products, processes, and services that provide a great member experience while maintaining appropriate risk controls. Functional duties will include analysis, report preparation, and active management of the loan portfolio. Working cross functionally to plan, develop, and implement Commercial/Agricultural, Mortgage, and Consumer product sets that meet member needs. Supporting and performing operational tasks across the facets of lending process and managing vendor relationships.

4 year college degree in Business Administration, Finance or other related field preferred with minimum of 5 years experience in lending administration with a financial institution.

Risk Management Specialist

Accounting Manager


Pacific Crest Federal Credit Union is seeking an Accounting Manager at our Main Branch located in Klamath Falls, Oregon.   Pacific Crest FCU has assets of over $160 million and growing, and serves over 15,000 members at four branch locations and through our mobile banking channels that allow members to do their banking anywhere, anytime.

The Accounting Manager is responsible for managing, coordinating and maintaining an accounting system that properly reflects the financial position of the credit union. To supervise the daily operations of the Accounting Department; prepare financial reports, including operating budgets; ensure complete, accurate, and timely completion of financial and accounting records for the Credit Union and prepare analysis of operations for management.


The ideal candidate will bring a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business or related field. Five or more years of high level accounting experience with three or more years of supervisory experience.  Possess a thorough knowledge of financial and accounting practices, an understanding of governmental regulations and reporting requirements.  The ideal candidate must have a positive attitude, ability to work individually and as part of a team and have the ability to motivate others.
