Online Banking
An automatic payment is any payment that is directly pulled out of your account using your account and routing number or a debit card on a regular basis. Common examples are utility bills, car insurance and rent. You will need to contact each company and supply them with your account and routing number or your debit card number for them to set up automatic payments.
If you have forgotten your username or your password, you can click the “Forgot Password?” link and follow the instructions. The “Forgot Password?” link will only appear on the computer if you have typed in an incorrect username or an incorrect password and attempted to log in. Finally, if you are still having difficulties you can visit us in one of our branches or call us at 800.570.0265 and we would be happy to help you.
To set up online banking you will need your account number/member number, your social security number/tax identification number, and a working email address. You will also be asked to set up a secure username and password, and five security questions of your choice.
To set up Online Banking go to our homepage at www.myPCFCU.org and click on the “Online Banking” button in the top right corner. Then click the “Register here” link and follow the prompts. You can also download our app from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store and click the “Sign up now” link in the app.
Wireless free Internet (WiFi), like what you find at coffee shops, the public library, and other public places, takes place over a public network. Even if you need a password to access the Internet, you’re still sharing that connection with others. And it’s very easy for someone with even basic hacking skills to spy on the data flowing to or from your computer in that setting. If you submit anything sensitive, like your login info, on such a connection, a hacker could steal it.
Bottom line, there’s a difference between a secure website and a secure connection. At Pacific Crest, we take the security of our web services very seriously. However, we can’t guarantee the security of the connection you use to access those. Please play it safe: never log into Pacific Crest online banking from public WiFi.
The routing number for Pacific Crest is 323274704.
