System Migration
Live Updates

Please plan ahead
We are combining Klamath Public Employees computer systems with Pacific Crest’s. In order to migrate, we have to “freeze” our systems at various times. We will have a team working around the clock on that weekend to make the process as quick as possible.
Access to your Pacific Crest accounts and services will be limited July 1st – July 2nd, 2023.
Access to your Klamath Public accounts and services will be limited June 29th – July 3rd, 2023.
- We recommend you have cash on hand, or rely upon other forms of payment during the system migration. Both Pacific Crest and Klamath Public systems will be affected, including debit and credit cards. Please see the real time Live Updates below for estimated disruption timeframes.
- We have mailed a Migration Guide packet to every Klamath Public Employees member that includes important information specific to Klamath Public Employees accounts.

Please review the Migration Guide for important details or action required.
