If all requirements are met as described below, funds will be deposited to the referring member’s membership savings account, the referred friend’s membership savings account, and the Community Impact Fund at the month end after the referred friend’s membership savings account has been open and in good standing for 90 days. Recipients are responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes. Pacific Crest employees are not eligible to participate in the Refer A Friend program. Pacific Crest reserves the right to cancel or amend the terms of the Refer A Friend program at any time and without prior notice.
Referring member requirements:
To earn a $20.00 referral reward, you must be the primary owner of a membership savings account and the account must be in good standing as defined by the Membership Agreement at time of reward deposit. Limit of 12 referral rewards per year. Rewards may be reported on IRS form 1099-MISC.
Referred friend requirements:
To earn a $20.00 bonus, you must not be a current member of Pacific Crest or a joint owner of any Pacific Crest account. You must qualify for membership, open a new membership savings account ($5 minimum deposit to open and earn bonus) and supply the referring member’s referral code at time of account opening. The new membership savings account must be in good standing as defined by the Membership Agreement for at least 90 days. Bonuses are considered dividends and will be reported on IRS form 1099-INT. The Annual Percentage Yield (APY) on membership savings accounts is 0.02% and is accurate as of the last dividend declaration date. Rates are subject to change after account opening. Fees may reduce earnings.
