Notes from the trail
— Dan, member since 2017We’ve been with Pacific Crest only a short time, but in that short term they’ve done a lot. They really helped us out: they took an interest in us.
Growing stronger, together
As a co-op, we understand that our success and yours are two sides of the same coin. Whether we’re designing a new product or guiding you through a financial decision, our goal is to help you achieve greater opportunities tomorrow than you have today.
- We focus solely on community involvement: tracing the financial threads that run through our communities, and finding ways to strengthen that fabric so the whole community can thrive.
- We partner with nonprofits to offer financial basics classes and other resources, like homebuyer education and downpayment assistance.
- We offer the Bridge program, helping members through tough financial times.
What’s on your mind?
If you need a financial product or resource that we haven’t yet offered, we’d like to hear about that. If you have feedback on your experience at Pacific Crest to share, please do. We design our offerings directly in response to member input. Your voice matters here.
We’re here to help
We’ve seen a lot of change in our region over the years. Through it all, we remain committed to serving small towns and rural communities, from the Klamath basin to northern California. When other banks drift out, Pacific Crest leans in: advocating to state and federal governments for our members’ best interest, while supporting small business, agriculture, and innovation.
