Early Pay FAQs
When we receive information about your incoming direct deposit, we will typically make the funds available immediately. Early access to funds may be limited by factors such as when we receive notice of payment from the payor (usually your employer), and the accuracy of information from your payor. We do not guarantee early access to your funds.
The exact day and time your funds become available is dependent on when we receive information about your deposit from your payor (usually your employer).
Your employer (or other payor) might not submit direct deposit information at the exact same time every pay period. For example, one time it may come in three days early, and the next it might be just a day early. While we don’t control the timing, we’ll make your deposit available the same business day we receive notification of an incoming deposit.1
Electronic direct deposits such as payroll, pension, and government payments that are made through the Automated Clearing House (ACH) network qualify for Early Pay.
Disclosures
1 Early Pay is not guaranteed. Early access to funds may be limited by factors such as when we receive notice of payment from the originator (often your employer), and the accuracy of the information we receive. We may stop providing early access to funds at any time without advance notice.
