Information Collected

We use the personal information you provide to us to offer loan and deposit products and complete transactions you have requested by using our website. In some instances, Sage CU uses vendors to provide the above services to you. All vendors used by Sage CU agree to maintain strong confidentially protections and limit the use of the information we provide. In addition, Sage CU does not send unsolicited or “spam” emails. The credit union electronically communicates relevant news, events, and product and service information to our membership. Sage CU provides the ability to unsubscribe from any of its e-newsletters at any time.

Communication Retention

We may record and store all communication with users.  This includes, but is not limited to, communication through video, phone, audio, chat, text, and email channels.

Collection of Image

Image means the electronic image of the front and the back of an item. An item is an original paper check that is payable to you. When you utilize Mobile Deposit Services to make a deposit into your checking or savings account, Sage CU obtains permission from you to collect the electronically transmitted digital image of your paper check. The image is then utilized to process your deposit into your checking or savings account.

Usage of Image

When you utilize Mobile Deposit Services, Sage CU obtains permission from you to use digital images as authorizations to process deposits in to your checking or savings account. This means you can authorize the Credit Union to deposit electronically transmitted digital images of paper checks to your checking or savings account by using this service.

Use of Cookies

Sage CU uses cookies to provide better service and enhance your use of our website. The cookies are not used to collect or store information on you.

Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from children on our website.

Deletion of Account

If you delete your Mobile App account Sage CU will retain all IP addresses and the username for the purposes of security and fraud prevention.
