Pacific Crest has an 84 year history of being here for our members. Our goal each day is to be ready to provide great service today, tomorrow, and far into the future. To that end, we are implementing some temporary measures to reduce the potential spread of COVID-19 amongst our membership and staff.
If you have a known exposure to someone who has COVID-19, or if you are exhibiting cold or flu-like symptoms, we ask that you refrain from in-person contact with our staff. It is our goal to keep every branch fully staffed to meet every member’s needs and we ask for your cooperation in helping assure we will meet this goal.

Our Branch Lobbies
Pacific Crest Branch Lobbies are open to a limited number of people based on the lobby size during normal operating hours. In order to maintain social distancing guidelines, we have taken the following steps.
- Markers indicating 6′ distance are provided for member convenience
- For security, if you are wearing a mask you may be asked to move it temporarily to verify your identity and keep your account secure
- Counters, door handles and all areas likely to be touched are sanitized often on a regular basis
Our Call Center and Lending Centers
All of our departments are continuing to offer their full range of services.
- Business Services and Commercial Lending
- Home Lending including Conventional, VA, FHA, USDA, First Time Home Buyers, and Home Equity Lines of Credit
- Loan Center including new loans and refinancing of Personal Loans and Lines of Credit, Auto Loans, Recreational Vehicle Loans, and Credit Cards
- Call Center is continuing to offer normal services
- Member Solutions to assist with loan modifications
- Correspondence by mail is continuing to be processed daily
Our team has worked very hard over the last two years to greatly enhance our online services. If you have not had the opportunity to explore what we have available, we strongly encourage you to try our online services.
