Modified Branch Operations

Pacific Crest has an 84 year history of being here for our members.  Our goal each day is to be ready to provide great service today, tomorrow, and far into the future.  To that end we are implementing some temporary measures to reduce the potential spread of COVID-19 amongst our membership and staff.

If you have a known exposure to someone who has COVID-19, or if you are exhibiting cold or flu like symptoms, we ask that you refrain from in person contact with our staff.  It is our goal to keep every branch fully staffed to meet every member’s needs and we ask for your cooperation in helping assure we will meet this goal.

Pacific Crest Federal Credit Union will be modifying our branch operations effective Monday, March 23rd Until Further Notice.

 

Klamath Falls Washburn Branch

We are reducing entry into the branch to appointment only.  To make an appointment call (541.850.7700)

Drive up will be open on its regular schedule.  We have expanded drive up services to include Cashier’s Checks, Travel & Gift Cards and cash advances.

For those that don’t have the ability to visit Drive-Up during business hours there is a night drop box available for deposits and loan payments that cannot be made via ATM or Mobile Deposit.  The Night Drop is located in the ATM Drive-Up lane.

We are reducing entry into the branch to appointment only.  To make an appointment call (541.576.2021)

There is a night drop box available for deposits and loan payments that cannot be made via ATM or Mobile Deposit.

We provide a nightly fee reimbursement for withdrawal fees charged on your Pacific Crest Card by the ATMs at the Chevron stations in Christmas Valley and Silver Lake, Sagewood Grocery, and Paisley Mercantile.

Alturas Branch

We are reducing entry into the branch to appointment only.  To make an appointment call (530.233.2073)

We provide a nightly fee reimbursement for withdrawal and deposit fees charged on your Pacific Crest Card by the Plumas Bank ATMs in Cedarville and Alturas, and the US Bank ATM in Alturas.

Our Call Center and Lending Centers

All of our departments are continuing to offer their full range of services.

  • Business Services and Commercial Lending
  • Home Lending including Conventional, VA, FHA, USDA, First Time Home Buyers, and Home Equity Lines of Credit
  • Loan Center including new loans and refinancing of Personal Loans and Lines of Credit, Auto Loans, Recreational Vehicle Loans, and Credit Cards
  • Call Center is continuing to offer normal services
  • Member Solutions to assist with loan modifications
  • Correspondence by mail is continuing to be processed daily

 

Online Services

Our team has worked very hard over the last two years to greatly enhance our online services.  If you have not had the opportunity to explore what we have available, we strongly encourage you to try our online services.

  • Members can open accounts, and apply online for a variety of loans through Online and Mobile Banking
  • Chat is available for members who are logged into online banking
  • People can join Pacific Crest, open accounts and apply for loans through our website
  • Phone banking is available at 800.570.0265
